Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) is hiring an Usher/Ticket Taker to warmly welcome guests, direct seating, and assist with wayfinding at our venues in New York.

You will check tickets, resolve seating issues and provide courteous guest service throughout events. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and compliance with venue policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience required or strongly preferred.
• Must be a member of Local 176 or join.
• Must pass certification in a comprehensive alcohol management program.

Responsabilités

• Welcome, greet and direct or escort guests to seats in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Check, tear or scan guests’ tickets.
• Resolve guest seating issues and assist with wayfinding.
• Provide guest service and answer questions; be familiar with the Venue locations.
• Respond to guest issues including illness, injury or disturbances and escalate as needed.
• Maintain presence in the Venue and monitor assigned sections during events.
• Ensure adherence to standard guest policies and procedures of the Venue.
• Assist guests with disabilities to accessibility locations when requested.
• Label seating areas as directed; uphold appearance and presentation guidelines.
