Responsibilities include checking tickets, resolving seating issues, assisting with wayfinding, and maintaining safety policies while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced arena environment. The role is part-time and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays during events.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work in crowded, fast-paced environments.
• Must be able to pass an alcohol management certification.
• Part-time, event-based schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and direct or escort guests to seats in an efficient and courteous manner
• Check, tear or scan guests’ tickets
• Resolve guest seating issues
• Assist with wayfinding and monitoring guests for any issues
• Provide guest service and answer questions; be familiar with the Venue locations
• Respond to guest issues including illness, injury or altercations and escalate as required
• Maintain a presence in the Venue and monitor assigned sections during events
• Ensure adherence to standard guest policies and procedures
• Assist guests with disabilities to accessibility locations when requested
• Label seating areas as directed by a supervisor
• Provide exceptional experiences while adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines on-site
