Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks a Part Time Customer Service Associate in Cleveland to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve issues at the counter, and support guest satisfaction and retention. You will coordinate with management as the primary NPS liaison and analyze feedback to drive service improvements.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to coach staff while following corporate policies and procedures. Wage is $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Operations and sales experience is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building and leadership abilities.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service that drives satisfaction and retention.
• Handle first contact resolution and counter issues with hospitality and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary NPS liaison for management and communicate performance actions.
• Analyze NPS results to identify causes and implement improvement plans.
• Coach and guide staff to understand customer needs and maintain policy adherence.
