Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service above and beyond for satisfaction and retention.
• Handle first contact resolution and counter interactions with hospitality.
• Serve as primary NPS liaison and communicate performance actions to management.
• Analyze NPS results and implement plans to improve guest satisfaction.
