Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution and customer interaction experience at the counter.
• Serve as the Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team and communicate performance actions.
• Analyze NPS results to determine causes and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures by all staff.
