Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first contact resolution and outstanding hospitality at the counter.
• Serve as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team.
• Analyze NPS results and execute plans to improve guest satisfaction.
• Coach employees, share guidance and feedback to meet customer needs while ensuring policy compliance.
