Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of demonstrated customer service experience with operations and sales.
• Rental car experience is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership abilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

• Provide first contact resolution and Hospitality-focused service at the counter.
• Act as the primary NPS liaison, reporting on performance actions and decisions.
