Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks a Part Time Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues at the counter, and contribute to a culture of empowerment for staff. The role focuses on first contact resolution, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high hospitality standards at the location.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service with operations and sales experience, and a background in rental car services is a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
Rental car experience a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, oral and written communication, relationship-building and leadership abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Provides customer service that is above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Acts as the primary Net Promoter Score (NPS) liaison for the management team and communicates performance actions related to NPS.
Analyzes NPS results to determine causes and executes plans to improve guest satisfaction.
Guides and coaches employees to understand customer needs and deliver excellent service.
Ensures corporate policies and procedures are followed by all staff.
