Hertz Corporation is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Associate in Colorado to deliver world-class service at the rental counter. You will greet customers, process rentals and returns, and resolve issues with a positive, professional demeanor.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks, communicating clearly, and providing directions and local information as needed. Flexible shifts, including weekends, are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process in Hertz policies
• Greet customers with a smile and represent Hertz professionally
• Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness for every customer
• Resolve issues quickly and own the service experience
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information
• Explain rental terms and charges to customers clearly
• Assist at the counter with rentals and returns
• Answer phones and help customers promptly
• Collaborate with team to minimize wait times
