Job summary

Hertz is hiring a Flexible Customer Service Associate to assist customers at rental counters and during pickup. You will consult with customers, maximize revenue by offering add-ons, and handle objections to close sales while delivering world-class service.

You will shuttle customers, prepare vehicles for pickup, clean cars, assess damage, fuel and refill fluids as needed. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

• Strong oral and written communication, ownership, accountability, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their rental and maximize revenue by offering products and services.
• Overcome customer objections and provide world-class customer service and sales support.
• Shuttle customers between locations as needed and ensure smooth pickup.
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.
