Trailborn Grand Canyon in Williams, AZ is seeking a friendly Part Time Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth seating and service. You will greet guests, escort them to tables, and help maintain accurate waitlists and seating rotations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a positive, professional demeanor. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to support seasonal demand and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience handling reservations or guest seating systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (already listed).
• Ability to stay positive and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for guests in person and on the phone.
• Manage the table reservations system to optimize experience and revenue.
• Review external marketing materials (website, Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor) for accuracy.
• Review guest feedback and summarize for staff and management daily.
• Communicate reservation details to service staff, kitchen, and managers.
• Manage guest flow to promote bar patronage and ensure proper service pace.
