Job summary

Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel is seeking a friendly part-time Host to welcome dining guests, guide them to seats, and help maintain smooth seating flow in the dining room. This role offers a lively, fast-paced environment and the chance to contribute to a memorable guest experience.

You will greet guests, seat them promptly, and ensure accurate seating counts while maintaining a positive, guest-focused atmosphere. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the podium and welcome them to the dining room.
• Seat guests promptly or inform them of wait times.
• Maintain seating flow and keep the seating chart current.
• Keep menus clean and presentable; replace worn menus.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and issues.
