Job summary

Trailborn Grand Canyon in Williams, AZ is seeking a part-time Server to provide exceptional guest service. You will take food and beverage orders, serve guests, handle payments, and respond to inquiries while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

You will greet guests, suggest menu items, and work with the team to ensure smooth service. Previous serving experience and knowledge of cocktails is a plus; TIPS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least of legal age to serve alcohol.
• TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, non-verbal, written).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve items.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or concerns.
• Take payments and process orders in the POS system promptly.
• Greet and acknowledge guests in accordance with standards.
• Set tables according to service standards and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate dietary needs and allergies to kitchen accurately.
