Job summary

Xanterra Travel Collection's Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel is looking for a friendly Part-time Host to join the Food & Beverage team. You’ll greet guests, seat them promptly, and help maintain a smooth flow in the dining area during seasonal service.

This entry-level role welcomes those 16 or older, and includes the possibility to obtain a Food Handlers Certification. Shifts alternate AM and PM, with pay at $16.70/hour and perks like gym/pool access, free train tickets, Bearizona entry, and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification.
• Previous guest-facing experience in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the podium and makes them feel welcome.
• Seats guests quickly or informs them of wait times.
• Maintains an accurate seating chart and proper flow.
• Keeps menus clean and replaces worn ones.
• Assists with clearing and resetting tables as needed.
