Job summary

Trailborn in Williams, AZ is seeking a part-time Server to take food and beverage orders, greet guests, and ensure satisfaction while delivering friendly service and accurate payments.

You will maintain knowledge of the menu, coordinate with the kitchen, handle POS transactions, and contribute to a clean, welcoming dining experience. Flexible schedule, $17.50/hour plus tips, seasonal variations may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Strong attention to detail and quality service.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and handle POS transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu, ingredients, beverages, correct glassware, and garnishes.
• Greet guests, acknowledge and assist according to standards.
• Set tables, keep work areas clean, and manage service equipment.
• Serve food and alcoholic beverages, answer questions, and process orders in POS.
• Communicate dietary needs to kitchen accurately.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Present checks, process payments, and thank guests.
• Assist teammates by bussing tables and restocking as needed.
• Complete closing duties and maintain a neat uniform.
