Trailborn Grand Canyon in Williams, AZ is seeking a personable Guest Services Agent to welcome guests, check them in, and provide information about facilities and local attractions. You will respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist with luggage and other guest requests to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule, requiring excellent communication and the ability to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Spanish language helpful.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
• Professionalism and integrity.
• Attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, ensuring all information is obtained and recorded accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
• All other duties as assigned.
