Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chicago, IL is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and assist with lane and equipment coordination. You will ring sales, handle basic customer inquiries, and support operations during busy evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage waitlist and lane/shoe/equipment assignments.

• Notify mechanics of any equipment malfunctions and log issues.
• Provide basic bowling instruction to guests.
• Operate POS, central panel, computers, and PA system.
