Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in the United States is seeking a friendly Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests, manage the waitlist, and ring sales at the counter. You will operate the POS system and assist guests with basic bowling guidance in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

The role is part-time with evening and night shifts, and offers perks such as free bowling, arcade credit, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or preferred in hospitality/restaurant
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication
• Proven success in school or previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age to serve alcohol where applicable

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate lane/shoe/equipment assignments
• Prepare for leagues and ring sales at the counter while following cash procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate the POS system and PA system
