Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant in Illinois. You will greet guests, manage waitlists, track lane and equipment availability, and handle ring sales at the counter while ensuring cash control procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with basic bowling instruction, notifying staff of mechanical issues, and operating the venue's POS and PA systems. Evening and weekend shifts apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or optional hospitality experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest interaction skills.
• Must meet state minimum age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in person and over the phone, setting a welcoming tone.
• Manage waitlist and track lane/shoe availability and assignments.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and use the POS system.
