Lucky Strike Entertainment in Naperville, IL, seeks a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk. Youll handle the waitlist, lane assignments, and sales while guiding guests and maintaining smooth operations.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, basic bowling instruction, and operating various systems. Evening and night shifts support a dynamic entertainment environment with flexible weekends.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone.
• Manage the waitlist.
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment.
• Prepare for leagues.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system.
