Job summary

Nidec Minster Corporation seeks a part-time Hospitality Coordinator to maintain the off-site hospitality property, ensuring a sharp, welcoming environment for customers, guests, and employees. You’ll handle hands-on housekeeping, event support, and hosting to reflect the company’s high standards and professional image.

Responsibilities include coordinating staff, preparing spaces for visits and events, managing supplies, and assisting with light food and beverage service for gatherings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, customer service, or related role.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a welcoming and immaculate environment by personally cleaning and preparing guest-facing areas before, during, and after customer visits and events.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of all indoor and outdoor hospitality spaces by personally cleaning, sanitizing, and preparing areas such as restrooms, dining spaces, kitchen, lounge areas, etc.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coordination for other part-time hospitality staff.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify any concerns.
• Manage facility supplies, cleaning products, linens, and consumables. Track inventory levels and purchase supplies as needed.
• Prepare the property for customer visits, meetings, events, and company functions.
• Welcome customers, visitors and other company guests at the property.
• Ensure guests have a comfortable and positive experience during their visit.
• Coordinate and oversee customer dinners, meetings, and special events held at the property.
• Assist with light food preparation and presentation for guest events and dinners.
• Prepare, stock, and maintain beverage stations for events.
• Coordinate and perform the setup and teardown of events.
• Other job duties as assigned.
