Qualifications

• At least 2 years of event coordination or hospitality experience.
• Proven ability to organize, multi-task and maintain professional correspondence.
• Strong communication with guests, coworkers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rooming lists and group reservations.
• Answer questions from groups and communicate between sales and guest services to ensure service quality.
• Develop Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and conduct BEO meetings.
