Hilton Memphis is seeking a reliable, service-oriented team member to help maintain banquet spaces and support smooth operations for events. You will assist with setup, breakdown, and general maintenance to create a welcoming environment for guests and clients.

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented team member to help maintain exceptional event spaces and support smooth banquet operations. In this role, you will contribute to a welcoming, organized, and polished environment for guests and event clients by assisting with setup, breakdown, and general maintenance of banquet areas.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, staging, linens, and other equipment.
• Break down and reset event spaces efficiently and safely after functions are complete.
• Assist with moving, arranging, and storing banquet furniture and supplies.
• Keep banquet areas, storage rooms, and service corridors clean, organized, and presentable.
• Support event staff with additional needs before, during, and after functions.
• Monitor supplies and report maintenance or inventory concerns as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and handle equipment carefully to prevent damage or injury.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests and team members when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials as required by the role.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior banquet, hospitality, housekeeping, or event support experience is helpful, but not required.
