Responsibilities

• Guest Focus: achieve 90% Quest-for-the-Best scores and respond to feedback.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed on products, promotions, ads.
• Work Ethic: support appearance standards with daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: manage cash handling within daily tolerance.
• Merchandising: assist floor moves, displays, and housekeeping.
• Replenishment: assist restocking and floor stock monitoring.
• Policies and Procedures: follow all company policies and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: practice safe work habits and report incidents.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and clean.
