• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: Maintain an average score of at least 90% on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Work Ethic: Support in maintaining company appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: Manage cash handling within daily tolerance for over/shorts and thefts.
• Merchandising: Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Replenishment: Help replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, pricing, and loss prevention.
• Sales: Process sales efficiently and encourage purchases where appropriate.
• Safety: Practice safe shopping environment and report hazards.
• Cleanliness: Keep store clean and welcoming.
• Extra Stuff: Perform additional duties as assigned.
