You will maintain product knowledge, assist with merchandising, ensure safety and cleanliness, and adapt to new tasks as needed to keep customers smiling and coming back.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; training program completion and food safety certification encouraged.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service mindset with the ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: know and apply the store's mission and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain 90%+ mystery shop score and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Product Knowledge: stay aware of product information and promotions.
• Work Ethic: maintain store appearance through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash inside daily tolerance and prevent losses.
• Merchandising: assist in floor moves and display upkeep.
• Replenishment: help replenish stock and monitor floor stock.
• Policies and Procedures: follow pricing, signing and loss-prevention rules.
• Sales: complete transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Safety: follow safety practices and report incidents immediately.
• Cleanliness: keep store welcoming and compliant with standards.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
