Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related or supportive role is preferred.
• Food Handler Certification
• Alcohol Awareness Certification
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information to guests.
• Knowledge of Restaurant POS system is required.
• Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome restaurant guests.
• Deliver food to tables promptly and at the correct temperature.
• Deposit dishes in the dish-room or designated area.
• Clean and set tables according to restaurant standards, manage waste.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of food, wine, and beverages.
• Clean stations and sweep floors.
• Perform buffet set-up and refills as needed.
• Assist in Room Service if required.
• Support other restaurant staff as needed.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Communicate with staff and management.
