Job summary

Sesame Place San Diego is seeking a Supervisor, Guest Arrival for a part-time role. The position requires candidates to be 18+ with leadership experience and CPR/AED certification, and to manage guest flow and safety within the park.

You will train Assistant Supervisors and staff, oversee scheduling and labor resources, ensure cleanliness, and support ride testing and guest services. The role includes working varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience of 1+ year; 2+ years preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required or able to obtain.
• Comfortable speaking to large groups and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety for guests, team members, and animals.
• Train and coach Assistant Supervisors, OJTs, and staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and conduct quality inspections of areas.
• Assist in labor and expense management and scheduling.
• Support park operations projects and policy compliance.
• Resolve conflicts between guests and staff per guidelines.
• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with ride testing.
