Job summary

Sesame Place is hiring Ambassadors in San Diego. You will coach and lead a team, conduct interviews and orientations, and drive training and development for ambassadors across the park.

You’ll maintain safety and service standards, manage documentation, and collaborate with show operations to uphold quality guest experiences. This role demands leadership, reliability, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in leadership roles and staff development preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and park-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, direct, evaluate, and schedule staff.
• Lead interview and orientation of ambassadors.
• Lead training and development for ambassadors.
• Write evaluations and assist in development of ambassadors.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and guest service standards.
