Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, and steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and keep cold items stocked.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and area are in good working order and safe.
