Job summary

Station Casinos is seeking a Resort Steakhouse Cook to support the culinary leadership in a high-volume steakhouse environment. You will perform frying, griddling, sautéing, carving and steaming of meats and seafood with a focus on guest service and adherence to standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of culinary experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate across multiple kitchen stations in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years’ previous culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Must possess and demonstrate great attention to detail in order to maintain unit’s appearance and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supports the Executive Chef, Asst. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef.
• Oversee production responsibilities and provide service to Guests and Team Members in a professional, efficient and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean attractive environment in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
