Red Rock Resort is seeking an Oyster Bar Kettle Cook - Guest Facing to join the culinary team in Las Vegas. You will support the Executive and Room Chefs, ensuring timely preparation of seafood, meats, and vegetables while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with 1–2 years of cook experience in a high-volume setting preferred. Guest-facing duties and adherence to kitchen procedures are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supports the Executive Chef and Room Chef in all kitchen tasks.
• Cook meat, fish, eggs, vegetables using frying, sautéing, broiling, grilling, and steaming methods.
