Job summary

You will assist with cooking, plating, and maintaining cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards while ensuring area and equipment stay in good working order.

Requires 1–2 years of line cook experience; ability to obtain work cards; strong attention to detail and sound judgment; must thrive in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to obtain all necessary work cards, demonstrate sound judgment and great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Executive Chef and room chefs; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Prepare and cook meats, fish, eggs, vegetables; keep area stocked.
• Ensure kitchen area and equipment are in good working order.
