Job summary

Vanguard University is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator within the Graduate and Professional Education Enrollment team. You will represent the University to prospective students, engage them at in-person and virtual events, and accurately communicate program offerings.

You will develop partnerships with community colleges, local businesses, and other stakeholders to expand recruitment efforts, reporting to the Director of Admissions & Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; higher education experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with adult learners.
• Ability to learn admissions processes and recruitment strategies.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students through in-person and virtual events.
• Build relationships with prospective students and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with admissions and financial aid to guide applicants.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and report on outreach activities.
