State of Georgia is seeking a Part Time Recruiter for the Metro RYDC in Atlanta, GA. This in-person role supports the Department of Juvenile Justice, coordinating staffing needs, posting positions, and recruiting for hard-to-fill roles. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, not eligible for benefits.

The selected candidate will establish recruitment plans, source applicants through community outreach, and provide HR consultation to managers. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Associate degree plus 2 years HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit for hard-to-fill positions and coordinate job fairs.
• Post positions and screen applicants using applicant tracker.
• Build relationships with partners and managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screen candidate applications and coordinate travel as needed.
• Attend job fairs and outreach to community sources to attract candidates.
