Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers and HR staff to discuss needs, create recruitment plans and attract candidates.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, military installations outreach programs and other sources to provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits.
• Build relationships with partners.
• Screen candidates applications.
• Recruit to fill hard to fill positions.
• Reviews applications to determine if the applicant meets the qualifications.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs.
• Provide consultation to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Posting job announcements and screening applicants using applicant tracker.
