Zusammenfassung

The Lovesac Company is seeking a Sales Associate in Columbus to connect with customers, showcase Lovesac products, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, building relationships and promoting Love Matters values.

You will greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and guide them through the purchasing journey, with opportunities to earn a quarterly bonus and competitive hourly wages.

Qualifikationen

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company, to local stores and meetings.
• Demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness in handling financial transactions and customer data.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds; assemble furniture on the selling floor.

• Support daily store operations, openings/closings, inventory, visuals, and promotions with a customer-first mindset.
