Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work during high-traffic periods, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Comfort with using technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, sell using Lovesac process, build pipelines, follow up to drive conversions.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end to deliver exceptional service and lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create engaging experiences, tours, and education, then close sales.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, visual standards, and promotions to maintain brand standards.
