Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work during high-traffic periods, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be comfortable traveling to local stores, vendors, and meetings when required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients with energy and optimism and actively sell using the Lovesac selling process.
• Maintain a strong personal quote pipeline and follow up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to fuel loyalty and repeat business.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and deliver engaging brand tours and education.

• Support daily store operations, openings/closures, inventory, visuals, and promotions.
