Five Below in Columbus, GA is hiring a Support Lead to assist the Store Manager and oversee front-end operations, cash handling, and safety. You will lead by example, drive KPIs, and wow customers while mentoring associates.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year of management experience, and strong communication. You will multi-task in a fast-paced environment and help maintain cleanliness, stock, and store procedures.
