Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lb.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in cashier and club desk areas.
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions.
• Handle payments securely and maintain front-end area appearance.
• Answer product questions and direct customers to store areas as needed.
• Stay updated on promotions and merchandising events.
