Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a front desk in a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and/or access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, entry activity, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, access issues, and critical situations following emergency procedures.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide directions and site information, and communicate professionally with building management and leadership.
