Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and logging visitors.
• Operate front desk communication systems and provide directions as needed.
• Monitor cameras and alarm systems and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and complete required documentation.
