Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials and issuing passes.
• Answer and route incoming calls and support reception activities.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security systems; report issues.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols.
