Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing visitor registration, issuing temporary access credentials, and maintaining accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or system concerns.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Support daily building operations by answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining front-desk documentation, and communicating with site management.
