Job summary

solidcore is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to join our Core Crew in Delray Beach as a part-time front desk, admin, and sales support. You will help create a welcoming studio experience, process class bookings and packages, and promote memberships and offers.

Responsibilities include client interactions, account setup, and assisting Head Coach & Community Manager with daily studio operations. Flexible scheduling is required, with potential for sales commissions and free drop-in

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and promote CORE program.
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address requests.
• Maintain studio retail knowledge and promotions.
• Handle client accounts: sign-ups, scheduling, purchases.
• Communicate studio updates and events to clients.
• Support Head Coach & Community Manager in daily operations.
• Report complaints to management and assist responses.
• Address maintenance issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails.
• Set up celebration boards for milestones.
