Job summary

solidcore is seeking an energetic, personable part-time Core Crew member to support front desk, admin, and sales activities for the Head Coach & Community Manager. You will promote the studio, help with class scheduling, and ensure a positive client experience at every touchpoint.

The role emphasizes client interaction, retail knowledge, and teamwork, with an emphasis on delivering outstanding service and maintaining a clean studio environment.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around the studio.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and connect with them using the CORE acronym (C,O,R,E).
• Interact with clients to assess needs and address questions promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, packages, beverages, towels, and promotions.
• Handle routine account tasks: new accounts, scheduling, cancellations, and purchases.
• Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach/Community Manager with daily ops and studio cleanliness.
