Job summary

solidcore is seeking an energetic Core Crew member to provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager. This part-time role offers flexible hours based on studio schedule and needs, with responsibilities spanning client greet, account tasks, product knowledge, and timely client communication.

You will contribute to a positive client experience, promote the studio, and help drive sales while keeping the studio clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• This is a part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas of the studio.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and use the client's name to create a welcoming experience.
• Interact with clients to assess and address information on needs and satisfaction; respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products and promotions (class packages, beverages/towels, etc.).
• Handle routine client-facing tasks: new account setup, scheduling, cancellations, rebooking, and purchases.
• Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and the team.
