• Promote the studio and deliver a positive client experience.

• Maintain knowledge of class packages, promotions, and retail options.
• Handle class scheduling, bookings, and account needs.
• Communicate studio changes or events to clients and the team.
• Assist with daily operations and studio upkeep.
• Escalate client complaints to management and help resolve them.
• Update client lists and support sales targets.
• Respond to client emails and inquiries.
