Job summary

solidcore in Houston is seeking an energetic, friendly Front Desk Associate to join our Core Crew part-time. You will provide front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager, helping promote the studio and deliver a positive client experience.

Responsibilities include greeting clients by name, processing class bookings, promoting memberships, and communicating studio updates.

• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Ability to stand for long durations of time.
• 1 year sales experience preferred
• MBO experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager.
• Promoting the studio and delivering a positive client experience with professionalism and patience.
• Greet clients by name and connect with the community.
• Process class bookings, package purchases, and other account tasks.
• Communicate studio updates and schedule changes to clients and team.
• Assist with daily operations and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Raise client concerns with management and assist in resolution.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues seen by clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota.
• Respond to client emails.
• Notify coaches about client milestones and celebrations.
